The Process
Get In Touch: Fill in my contact form or drop me an email with some information about your project.
Introduction Call or Meeting: I’ll organise a short call or meeting to discuss your project, ask questions and ensure my service is the right fit for you.
Provide a Proposal + Quote: I’ll send over the proposed quote, including a summary of the project, including the fee and timeline. We can talk this through and make amendments where necessary.
Confirm The Project: You’ll pay the 30% (non-refundable) deposit and book in a time + date for the project to start.
Pre-Project Prep: I’ll email the week before your project is due to start, reconfirming details, with some information about prepping your home.
The Project: I’ll come and we will work together on the project! We will continue discussing changes and adapt as we go to ensure you’re happy as things progress.
Final Bits: I’ll follow up with a final 70% invoice and provide you with a Sorted by Katie Method PDF and a digital Personal Inventory List of your items. You can email or call me anytime if you have questions about where things are, or if you need advice.
